On the login screen, tap Sign Up. Enter name, phone, select Tanker Wala. Tap Send OTP and verify your number.
Your real name as on your CNIC. Minimum 3 characters.
Type all 13 digits. The app formats it as XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X automatically.
Minimum 5 characters. Automatically converted to uppercase.
If all fields are valid, you move to Step 2.
Tap the photo box. Choose Take Photo or Choose from Gallery. Must be a clear face photo.
Two separate boxes. All 4 corners of the card must be visible in the photo.
Two separate boxes for front and back.
All 5 uploads must be complete before you can proceed.
Full photo of your water tanker. Number plate must be clearly visible.
All 6 photos are uploaded. You're moved to the Pending Approval screen.
Blurry or incomplete photos will delay your approval. All photos must be clear, well-lit, with all 4 corners of documents visible.
This is normal. Your application has been received by the TankerNow team.
The admin team will review your documents and verify your information.
You do NOT need to do anything. When approved, the app takes you to the Driver Home Screen automatically.
You'll see a rejection screen with the reason. Tap Re-submit Documents to fix the issue and reapply. Contact support via WhatsApp if you need help.
After approval, you land here with your name and stats at the top.
The big animated card shows "YOU ARE OFFLINE". Tap it to go online.
The app will ask for location access. Tap Allow. This is required — customers need to see nearby drivers.
The toggle turns green with a glow effect and shows "YOU ARE ONLINE". You'll now receive order notifications.
Going offline during peak hours reduces your chances of getting orders. Only go offline when you're genuinely unavailable.
When a customer places an order near you, you get a push notification. Orders also appear on your home screen.
The order card shows: customer location, tanker type (Half/Full), offered price, and number of gallons.
If you accept the offered price, tap Accept. To suggest a different price, tap Bid and enter your amount — the customer will see it and decide.
If you bid a different price, wait for the customer to accept. You'll get a "Bid Accepted" notification.
The Driver Order Screen opens automatically. You have a 10-minute window to cancel if needed.
Sometimes the dispatcher will directly assign an order to you without bidding. You'll receive a notification and the order appears on your screen automatically.
After accepting an order, you can cancel within 10 minutes. After that (or when you tap "I'm On The Way"), you can no longer cancel.
Before leaving, tap this button on the order screen. This tells the customer you're heading to them.
A map opens with turn-by-turn directions from your location to the delivery address.
The map shows a blue route to the delivery point with step-by-step instructions at the top.
Tap Open in Google Maps at the top of the map screen for full navigation features.
Tap this when you reach the address. The customer is notified that you've arrived.
Fill the customer's tank or containers. Collect cash payment from the customer.
After receiving cash and completing the delivery, tap this green button.
A popup asks: "Confirm water delivered and Rs [price] cash received?" Tap Confirm. A tank fill animation plays for 4 seconds.
Select 1–5 stars for the customer. Tap Submit Rating & Go Home. Your earnings for that delivery are shown.
Rs 2,200 − 5% = Rs 2,090 yours

Your earnings panel opens showing gross earnings, commission owed, and commission paid.
Paid ✅ means you've settled. Owed 🔴 means you need to pay TankerNow.
Tap each week to expand and see individual jobs with their commission amounts.
If your commission is unpaid for 7 or more days, the admin may suspend your account. Always pay your weekly commission to avoid interruption.
Prebooked orders appear in your order list. You can bid on them just like regular orders.
If the customer accepts your bid, the order appears in My Orders → Planned. It stays there until the scheduled date.
When the day and time slot arrives, the order becomes active and you get a notification to begin.
Follow the same steps as a regular delivery — navigate, arrive, deliver, mark complete.
A red badge shows unread customer messages. Tap to open the chat.
Your messages appear on the right (blue). Customer messages appear on the left (gray).
Use chat only for delivery-related communication. Do not share personal numbers or discuss payments outside the app.
